MEET YOUR TRAINERS

CHAD MORGAN

WASSUP!! Coach Chad here!!

Fitness started for me after leaving basketball and baseball behind in highschool. I ended up getting cut Junior year in basketball. And sat the bench Senior year in baseball.

I didn’t perform well. Was not the strongest. Was not the biggest. But I loved competing in training & conditioning.

Moving into college I wanted to continue making training a part of my life. I always desired more strength and muscle like my teammates had and figured why not me.

In a year’s time. I had put on my first 20 pounds. And through trial and error learned about training and nutrition. I quickly fell in love. And found a passion again for the first time since getting cut in basketball.

My progress resulted in more confidence. And friends and family asking for help. Which I did not hesitate at all to offer what I could.

I ended up coaching from 2017 to 2018 completely free. And for the first time, I felt like I had real purpose and meaning in my life.

This led to countless hours studying fitness and creating content. Rather than studying in school until eventually. I went all in, dropped out, and started coaching full-time.

None of this journey was made possible without people. Inspirations, friends, and mentors helped me find the courage in myself to go after what I truly loved.

Fitness is truly the first thing I did for myself. I’ve firsthand seen it change my entire life. This journey has been more than just physical.

My mission is to empower individuals to live a life fulfilled. To choose themselves, give to a greater purpose, & step into the person they were always meant to be.

CAROLINE BIDDLE, RD

Helllooooooo! I’m Coach Caroline.

I was an athlete out of the womb. I grew up competing in gymnastics and all star cheerleading for over a decade so athletics and competition has always been a massive part of my life.

I always struggled with body image growing up. The first time someone called me fat was when I was 8 and I carried that for most of my childhood and adolescent life.

I found a lot of my worth in external validation, whether other people thought I looked good or if boys thought I was hot. Fast forward to when I stopped cheerleading to take care of my joints, I kept eating like an athlete, my body started changing, and I lost my identity.

Couple this with SATs, college applications, and the beginning of my personal development journey, I spiraled into an eating disorder that controlled my life for almost 3 years. One day as I backed down the elliptical after my daily 5k, I woke the f*ck up and realized that it was time to LIVE, not to let the need to be the smallest version of myself possible control my life.

Coming out of recovery, I taught myself how to lift with my dad’s dumbbell rack in my basement from influencer’s YouTube videos that I started following. I started to believe in myself again as I built myself into the strongest version of myself. I was hooked.

I went off to college and dove headfirst into the gym community there that I had found. I made friends that also loved to lift and track their macros. I decided that I wanted to take my journey a step forward and hire a coach. From that moment on, I was hooked and I KNEW that I had to do this for other women.

I changed my major, switched schools, and got my “boring” credentials as an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and became a Registered Dietitian after graduating with my Bachelors of Science of Dietetics.

It’s my mission to empower people with the right knowledge and tools to become the best versions of themselves in a community of people that just “get it” too. Welcome to Beyond Built, this is home

RJ QUIRANTE, CSCS

Yooooooo! Coach RJ Here

Long story short, athletics and time in the weight room have been a part of my life ever since I can remember.

I grew up playing youth baseball and football. Played football through high school and played a bit of college baseball.

It wasn’t until the sophomore year that I started to get real serious about my health and fitness. I had gotten cut from the baseball team, I struggled with confidence and fitness is was what saved me.

I got in the gym consistently, continued my studies through the exercise science curriculum along with my studies away from classes, and started to see some real results. People around me then started asking me for help and that’s how things got started. Helping people for free, just to help.

I’ve always known that I wanted to help people, before deciding to become a coach, I had thought I was going to do so through Physical Therapy, but as soon as I started coaching online, I knew this was what I wanted to do.

So I decided to drop out of PT school, pursue personal training and I haven’t looked back since.

I think that fitness being the thing that I look forward to every day, the pull I feel towards helping people physically and mentally, and everything that we stand for at Beyond Built has made coaching all that I could’ve ever imagined.

My mission is to help people feel comfortable and confident in their bodies and in their own skin. Because I remember what it felt like to be ashamed of my body, to hide it from the world, and to lack confidence. I want to empower people to live a life where they are confident in themselves and their bodies and to understand that they are not alone in this journey.
